Can anybody help is this 4wd or brake issue?

Have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma when I put in
drive it won't go its like brake is on finally got
it to move in 4wdL but it was like the back
wheels and front wheels are not in sync with
each other when it does move in 4wd low,
anybody know what is wrong?

I don't know it this came thru but THANK YOU I believe that may be it. Do you know if it can be fixed and if it can what price I'm looking at? Do you know what might have caused this? Is there a way to know this is the issue? Thanks again F _O_R
