2005 Suburban Heater blows cold for 15-20 mins before heat arrives. Ideas???

Dual manual climate controls and rear manual controls. Haven't needed heat until recently. Turn truck on to warm, even drive for 5-10 mins and heater blows cold. Then decides to blow hot after 15-20 mins (roughly). What can I troubleshoot?

Check your coolant level. What does your water temp gauge read? If your engine has not warmed up you wont get heat. Since the heat comes from your warm coolant if your coolant level is low it will take longer for your heat to work.

I have a 4x4 2005 burb just today I noticed the spedometer started on 50 and woulg go up when I excelled. It never went down to 0. What would cause this? And how do I go about fixing it?
