I have my car seems to flood, not crank

I have no computer information nor frame freeze information for the code reader to detect my car repair codes

New motor is not coded nor the ignition switch is coded! I need a mechanic who can code my car? MY CAR IS NOT FOR SALE NOR TRADE IN, I HAVE NO JOB SO Y PUT ME OUT OF MY 2005 WELL TAKEN CARE OF, ONE DRIVER CAR IS NOT FAIR! INBOX ME IF U CAN REPAIR MY CAR, I WILL GIVE U MY NUMBER
