Clicking noise from center of dashboard on my 2005 Chevy impala

When my car is completely off and I open my door
it makes a clicking noise from the center of the
dash. It doesn't change or go away when I change
any of the radio or air settings and goes away at
different intervals (10 sec- 1.5 minutes). What
could it be?

Most likely your HVAC actuator. Some vehicles have more then one. If you take it to your local mechanic would be around 150.00 fix
