battery light showing,stering stiff, temperature high, what could be the problem

the stering wheel is stiff,temperature very high and battery light showing, while the engine
runs.

One of or main belt has either broken or melted off, stiffness of steering is pump is not turning, Alternator not charging, fan not cooling. All these are controlled by main fan belt.
