Why the RPM went high

Hi! Today I turn on my Chevy equinox 2005
and the rpm start to rise and then went
down....

How high was the idle? Did it return to normal once the engine was warm?

Not too high... It went to 3-4rpm and went low fast ( like 5 secs high to low ) and return to normal...
