How to get the check engine
light to turn off after the
repairs are fixed

Take off Negative battery terminal for 10 minutes and reconnect. Make sure it is the - negative terminal. Very important.

It should go off by itself after a few miles down the road that is if the problem is fixed if not light will stay on or come back on after clearing the codes.
