2004 Toyota Highlander - When rolling down the front passenger or either backseat windows, they will only go down about halfway. When attempting to roll them back up, they will only go up about 1/2" -1" at a time (from either the master switch or the actual door switch) and then you have to wait several minutes before trying again to get it up another 1/2" - 1". I have read about a number of Highlander window issues, but none sound exactly like this one, so we are not sure how to go about trying to fix a problem we can't exactly diagnose.
