Hidden toggle switch

Question type: General

I was removing the IGN fuse because i dont want
my car stolen... and i noticed there is a toggle
switch next to fuse box (under steering collumn, to
the left next to kick panel). And i was wondering
what it was for? Alarm system (factory/OEM)? Or
kill switch? I really hope its a kill switch...
