2004 toyota celica GT wont shift into first third and fifth gear on the manual transmission. second, fourth and reverse are fine whats happened?

Sounds like gears finally gave out. Go to few trans places and tell them. Get few estimates, and while apart replace clutch,etc.

Depends if they fix trans gears or just replace. I would check around. Its not cheap but I think its worth the investment, your car is fairly new, correct? If you can drive it take it in, don't tell them what you think it is, let them evaluate it and tell you what they will do to repair. And ask them if any other options
