Is there a fuel reset or security reset required after the main fuse is reistalled

Main fuse was removed then reinstalled, Now it doesnt start, nor can i here the fuel
pump. Car ran fine prior

look in the trunk thats where the shut off relay is located most of the time some times its under the car at the rear bumper if that doesnt help turn the radio and the lights on disconect the postive cable and let it sit for about 20min reason for this is because those two things store the most power when the car is shut off and this will allow the computer to reset properly

My sons 91 celica was on a trailer and it ran to put it on the trailer. But when I was bringing it home I was hit by another car damaging the trailer and the car on the left front. Suggestions?
