Weird Bolt piece above radiator hose

ok. so i was changing my spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor when another part of the
car broke. seemed like dry rot. I don't really know what its called so i cant fix it. it is the
green looking bolt thing right above the radiator hose. Two smaller tubes broke off of it

That is BVSV: Bi-Metal Vacuum Switching Valve ...part of EVAP

thank you @FordNut i was doin a search and also saw things like the ported control valve and ported vacuum switch. not sure if all these names are interchangeable but im doing a search on the bvsv. hoping to find the part by this afternoon because it should be a quick fix
