Cobalt idles rough and stals

After a tune up, spark plugs, air filter change, trans fluid and filter change, I cleaned the throttle body. This did the trick. This smooth out the idle and no longer stalls. Runs great!

my car was staling I have change the air control valve and the EGR valve an now the car dos have adgustment on the timing and dos idle down like it supose but the manifull is geting red hot....
