Here is an old memo sent to dealerships by Toyota ""The ignition coil inside the distributor may fail. Our technicians tell us this may result in a hesitation on acceleration, especially when the vehicle is warming up on cold, rainy days. The pickup coils inside the distributor can also fail and cause a no-start condition. There have also been some failures of the radio noise suppressors inside the distributors, which can short out."" This was sent out years ago, I know you said no power to distributor. I wonder if you coil is bad.

It all new parts but no power at all to it, check your wire harness for bad wires.

Does it have a ignition control system relay? May test relays. Make sure all fuses and circuit breakers and relays under hood & dash are good and check for a fuse at computer and may need to trace those wires from the computer back to the distributor and test the wires from each. Last computer may have had it but they most often are good, but you may see a burned pin and know for sure.

I have power going in to the ECU but not going out to the engine compartment I think my engine control module is burnt out someone else was messing with it while I was not around before I used to have 12 volts going in to my pick-up coil in the distributor now I have zero power going into there
