Car hesitation won't go over 60 can't figure out what it is

Ok so recently my car has been hesitating
when accelerating especially after stopping it
won't go over 60 mph and every now and then
it has rough idle and stalls. It seems to have
the hesitation when it's warmed up because
when I first start it up there's no hesitation
untill I've been driving a few mins. The check
engine light came on and it gave me a code of
p2324 came up, I did find a leak above the
catillac converter sealed it up and the light
hasn't come back but still hesitates. I've
changed air filter and spark plugs also cleaned
the mas air flow sensor not sure what else to
check any help would be appreciated.
