Where is the water coming from that is on my passenger floorboard?

When it rains my passenger back floorboard carpet is wet. When i lift up the carpent under the passenger seat there is a puddle of water. How can this be fix?

Unblock the drain holes and or replace the weatherstripping. Get in the car and have someone run the hose on the car to see where it is coming in at.
