New alternator and battery put in and
now car won't stay running without

Computer may need to be relearned. Possible dirty throttle body. How did she run BEFORE the replacement of parts?

Ok....call up the nearest Auto Parts Store and ask if they will provide you with a FREE Scan of your vehicles Computers. Get back to us with results.
