I believe the FP is controlled by a Circuit Opening Relay. This relay should be located in a fuse/relay box under hood. See if there is a similar relay near by and switch them. Make sure the terminals on these relays match up. Get back with results.

All relays ok when I hook my fuel pump up to my jump box it pumps but not starting car is turning over pull gas line off pumping really good but still not starting

There is no electric fuel pump relay it's part of the EFI and the open-circuit checked all relays are good

If you can get the FP to work and you have spark when the engine is cranking over...then I suspect the injectors are not turning on. You will need a Noid Light to check injector pulses. Cheap at the local parts store. Check for injector pulses and get back with results.

Would that make fuel pump plug not get power to it somebody please help it's the only car I have

There are 2 relays that power up the fuel pump.....and......several fuses. The EFI Relay sends power to the C/OPN Relay...which then sends power to the FP when the engine is cranking.....or....running. Thus....one would have to know how to use a 12 volt test light...and....Digital Volt Meter to trouble shoot this electrical issue. Best to let a pro do the diagnosis. Have you had any recent repairs done to this vehicle?

Good for you. I just love it when I see these older Toyotas on the road and still running good. Good luck.

Forgot to tell you I had a 74 Celica St model just sold it in at 8 high lift cam with headers
