my 2001 toyota camry radiator fans will not come on when the car over heats.

They do come on when I turn the ac on. then the temperature drops. . I've
replaced the coolant temperature sensor. NOW WHAT?

Have you checked the plugs for the fans. Make sure it's getting power. Also check the thermostats make sure not sticking
