I can't find the problem with my charging system

I was putting in an
aftermarket spoiler I was
hooking up the spoiler light to
my third brake light and after
that my window wouldn't roll
up my gauges wouldn't work
in my battery fully guide I
charged the battery put
another alternator in it it did
the same thing I had both of
the alternator tested in the
test out fine I'm stuck

Did you disconnect the spoiler light to see if everything goes back to normal? When the engine is running....are there any warning lights on or flashing?
