What parts do I need for a tune-up for a 1995 Toyota Camry XLE? Do the miles on the car matter for the tune-up?

You don't say what engine you have but plugs, cap, rotor and wires should do it. Change the air and fuel filters while you are at it.

Change oil & oil filter, Flush radiator and re-fill if it been a while since it was done. Put a bottle of fuel injection cleaner in full tank of fuel. Clean PCV. Down load a owners manual to get all the prescribed maintenance at mileage/age intervals. If you have not done a timing belt yet I would do so as even if miles have not been met the age has. Are any check engine lights on?

Thank you so much for your responses everyone. Deeply appreciated. BTW..no check engine light is on.

There is also a cabin air filter, if it is smelling stuffy inside, may need changed. I like to check vacuum lines & belts & radiator/heater hoses to see how the time has affected them to have an idea of when or how soon I should be replacing those items. Age can dry them out, turn brittle, dry or get spongy and swell or get cracks. Thermostat may need replaced soon , As a note to the above post for timing belt change, its normal to replace/inspect the water pump and inspect the idler/tensioner pulleys and replace if needed.

Keep an eye on the temp gauge on dash to make the engine does not over-heat. Check automatic trans fluid and do a drain & filter change. Look at all tires for signs of wear patterns that indicate needed suspension maintenance, wheel bearings or if tires are getting dry-rotted. May not be a bad idea to pull the wheels & rear drums to see how much brake pad/shoes is left and look for issues, and check master cylinder fluid level and Power steering level and can syphon out some of those fluids and add fresh back in.
