Smog Test results 94 Camry 4 cyl

I just got my 1994 Toyota Camry 4 cyl smogged
and it failed. The guy wrote “Missing EL” and was
curious to what that is so I can fix it. I can’t find
anything online about it. I have high HC in both
categories. Max/Ave at 15mph is 61/15 and at
25mph is 52/10. My results have 65 at 15 mph and
54 at 25 mph. I have a vacuum leak, do you think if
that’s fixed, it’ll fix it? I’m also getting new spark
plug wires, as these are original sets and are
probably a little worn. I’m getting NGKs, as I’ve
trusted them in my previous cars. Thinking about
new distributor as well, as it’s been leaking for a
few years since I’ve had it and was leaking for a
few years from the previous owner. Is the
distributor okay or should I hold off until I fix the
leak first and see what that gives me. My Cat
passes and I’ve read that the other readings would
be bad if it was bad, but everything else reads
good.
