91 camry speedometer not working,where do i look and test

IIRC, these have a speedo cable, but I'm not sure. If they don't have a speedo cable, it's easier to replace the entire cluster with a rebuilt unit. If there is a speedo cable, you may just need to replace the speedo cable as it may have seized or broken.
