How do I get the memory in my car back?

What is the best way to reinstall the memory on my 2004 Toyota Avalon?
When I went to get my smog check they could not read the memory. I believe
it was wiped when all the spark plugs were replaced recently.

You have to go through a drive cycle for the readiness monitors to reset.https://repairpal.com/drive-cycle-emissions-readiness-monitors
