Can some body help me out ?

Hello I’ve just replaced spark plugs and
cleaned the throttle body in my 2006 Chevy
trailblazer 4.2. But now it’s starting really
rough and shutting off, I replaced the throttle
body with a new one and install a coil the was
kind of dirty, and still running rough and
shutting off not responding when y accelerate
what can I do can anybody help the car won’t
run it shuts off when In gear

Sounds like you have bad coils. Get a tester from you local auto parts store. It's basically look like an spark plug wire with a light in it. Remove coil a connect lighted end to bottom of coil and the othe end to sparkplug. Make sure there is no oil around base of plugs. If there is just get a towel and get it out. If the light blinks after you start the vehicle it's a good coil. If not it needs replaced. Good luck Sir.
