Brakes still slightly grabbing

So I have a Chevy cobalt 2006  I have replaced
both front rotors both front calipers also brake
pads also the master cylinder and the brakes are
still slightly grabbing enough to heat the rotors up
what would cause this issue

And there is a proportioning valve that could be at fault, and they are ABS which brings with it a whole lot of potential complications which might require a professional to correct. Not necessarily a big deal, but like everything else on newer cars, nothing is a simple as it used to be.
