Charcoal canister saturated in fuel (gas tank over filled) and causes the problems that you are dealing with. Fuel filter maybe. Try filling tank to 3/4 tank and see if after a few times it stops choking out, if not look up where your charcoal canister is and look in it to see if its saturated with fuel.
