Can you put turbo in a 2006 automatic Chevy
cobalt ss if so what would be the best way to go
about it

Yes you can. It's also a very popular setup. ZZP performance sells a kit for around $2000. And it can be a DIY project but it is very advanced and not for the beginner. I don't believe there is anyone in the after market that sells a handheld tuner for this application. But any qualified speed shop with HP tuner access can do this for you relatively quickly and reasonably.

The BEST way is to buy a turbo car such as the Nissan Sentra or the Chevy Cruze.

...or a supercharged Cobalt SS. There's still quite a few around and they're cheap and fast.
