Control arm bushing housing

Where the control arm bushing bolts to the
frame..is that part of the frame replaceable?

It can be welded/fixed, or you can replace the subframe , aka the engine cradle.

Did the mounting spot rust out? If so your car is running on borrowed time so look for another one.
