I've told my cooling fan isn't coming on, but the car doesn't overheat. Left it running for half hour still didn't nor has when I'm driving it...Why would it not come on .My car has 3 fans, A/C works

could be because your automobile is cooling adequately without it, check fuses relays, sensor switch, try connecting it directly to the battery, this will tell you if it actually works.
That your car cools properly without the fans running is great but if you get stuck in traffic on a hot day it could still over heat. I would make the repair anyway.
The cooling fans in my GP rarely come on so I'm not surprised that yours is running just fine without them. As has been said though, they need to be in good running order for that hot day when you get stuck in traffic. Are you SURE they're really not working, or has some shade tree mechanic with no knowledge of modern cars just told you that?
Fans will not come on unless the coolant temp gets high enough. Three fans is unusual. Is that the way the car was built or has someone added aftermarket parts?
