rough idea in labor probably 500-600 bucks depending on shop labor per hour, and how many hours to remove the dash and HVAC unit.

Are you sure the heater core needs to be replaced? Sometimes the heat doesn't work when the coolant level is low. Check your coolant and top it off and see if that fixes your problem first
