Error msg...... Starting has been disabled due to theft system....HELP!!!

Changed the battery (brand new) and now the car wont start and get this error code on the dash. How do I fix?

Battery disconnect procedure should have been done. Codes will have to be cleared and relearn procedure will have to be done. You can you tube it. It'll show you how to do it
