2004 pontiac grand prix started over heating coolant sprayed everywhere under the hood, ac cut off to protect engine sensor came on along with hot coolant senson.

Most likely a hose although could also be the plastic elbows going to the heater. Even if its not the elbows they should be replaced while you're at it. They always eventually fail.
