04 grand prix will not start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

04 grand prix. It was running fine and was parked
for awhile. Battery is still good and starter has veen
tested and is fine. Fuel pump is also good. The car
had power when the key is first turned on but when
you turn it further to start in, the dash lights, dome
lights and everything shut off. Sometimes the car
will click, turn over, make a loud clang and shut
right back off.?????????
