Power Steering pulley popped off causing a leak

So I was sitting at a red light, and when it turned green my power steering
suddenly wasn't working.  I managed to drive the car home(very difficult) for
about a mile. When I opened the hood I could see steam coming from a
valve on the front passengers side of engine(hose leads to the coolant
reservoir and radiator I believe). Took a closer look once the car cooled
down, and noticed the belt came off the power steering pulley, and I believe
the coolant is now leaking. Car is over heating. The belt for PS popped off in
one piece. Freak accident or? Would be great if its a simple DIY fix.

The belt should also drive the water pump. It is more likely that the water pump pulley is loose (due to the bearing being worn out) which caused the belt to jump off. Check all the pulleys and the tensioner.
