my ac or heater wont blow any air out on either
setting how can I check to see if the blower is
connected and where is the blower?

It's connected, trust me. Check the fuse. There's also a relay I believe. Switch it with another relay in the fuse box to trouble shoot it. There's also a resistor in the ductwork down by the firewall on the passenger side. It often fails taking out the blower one speed at a time. If it failed gradually starting with low speed and ending with high it's likely the resistor. The switch may have failed although that's uncommon and the blower motor may have failed but that's also unlikely. They rarely just quit. Usually they make a bunch of noise first. There's probably a couple of more things I've forgotten. If all of this sounds Greek to you then you need to take it to a shop. If it makes sense then let the trouble shooting begin.
