hey tannish i would like to know what should i do if oil has a milky look but its still like a brown color

Probably a bad head gasket, meaning antifreeze is getting in to the oil, which causes a milky color.

It varies where you go, but I've seen them go from 200-600. All depends on who does it, Their part price, time frame they give, hourly rate etc.
