Have a 1990 cutlas cierra with 3300 engine, car has 26,000 miles cranks good,but no fire, have replaced coil pack ,ecm, crank sensor and still no fire, does the ecm have to be bolted back in place or

Tranfered the prom also tried to test the fire wth eve in seat but another member said it will have to be mounted so will try that.

Also bolted right back no get pulled coil pack checked bolts on prongs whet packs get contact and only 12 on one prog and nothing on other prong and the same on all others
