Maybe the coils or wiring is the issue. What trouble codes are you getting when you scan the car?

    When we shut the motor off you could hear the fan roar like a bad bearing, haven't had AC for a couple of years...so we replaced the fan assembly, hoses, new water pump & 190 thermostat....still overh...
