Front driver's side lock doesn't work.Won't lock. Remote won't lock that door either.

Sounds like the electric motor froze up causing the manual to be hard also...they are tied together..Pull door panel ,may need some PB Blaster..

check for wire for that lock and that door not connected or broken

The door will work with the remote and you can pull the lock up with your hands , you can and you can push the lick down with ur hands , but the door still want lock . I can open it from the inside handle , I can open from the outside door handle , when u use the remote the latch will go up and down ,but that drive's side door just will not lock .

On my 2006 mercury grand marquis when I unlock my car door with the keyless entry remote all my doors unlock except for the passenger side front door I half to open it from the inside who can I fix it
