Clearing the exhaust, (gunning it abit) on short or regular drives before shutting vehicle off. Dose this have a benifit, especially in subzero weather? Thanks.

I doubt this helps or hurts. If you do not drive far enough to fully warm up the engine you need to do so at least once a week to drive moisture out of the engine.
