Why is my car making a creaking sound when I back up and turning at the same time?

does it do it when you turn the wheel the same way and go forward?

it sounds like ball joints on that side. find the side that is squeeking jack it up grab the bottom of the tire and the top and rock the in and out have some on look on the back side and see what ball joint is loose you can grab the left side of the tire and rock it in and out see if there is a tierod end the is bad too.
