All of my brake lights have stopped working at the same time, I've checked all fuses and they are all good, what could be the problem??

I would check the fuses. If he messed something up then take it back to him.

Thank you...I literally just remembered that i didn't have this issue before i had work done. At least i never had people, literally, stop me in the street as im driving to let me know my brake lights were out. So I am assuming if they were out before i would have known it one way or another.

The switch under your brake pedal might be stuck or just broke. Could be just a coincidence that it came back from the shop that way or there way of job security.
