I have a 2004 Lincoln Town Car and it is
jerking and jerking more going uphill what is
the cause of it and what do I need to do to
repair it

Sounds like a under load misfire,Is the check engine light on or flashing?

what do you mean by jerking ? as it shifts up and down going up.
