power acc. stop working when car is started

i have a 98 town car.  with ignition switch on lights and all power acc. work  fine.when
started, lights stop working along with all other power acc.

I would check ignition switch first. Some have a slide mech that is hooked to the steering column behind the guards/steering wheel covering. Sounds like yours is worn or out of adjustment. Try slightly moving your key a little forward(toward start) and back (toward acc) not enough to engage starter or to shut it off. If power returns to your items I would look into adjusting the slide mech
