1996 Lincoln Town Car which fuse do I pull to disconnect stereo?

Asked by Sterling Mar 20, 2018 at 03:39 PM about the 1996 Lincoln Town Car Executive

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

On/off push button switch for stereo is no longer working. Have a parasitic
battery drain that I think may be from this problem. I just want to turn off the
stereo for good to see if this stops the drain. Have choice of instrument panel
fuses 6, 8 or 18 (8 and 18 do not seem like good choices) or high current fuse
15. Any help appreciated
