I have a 1994 lincoln town car. The turn signals stoped working. Prior to that they were flashing fast even though they all worked.

Just go threw and check the bulbs. Signal lights that flash quickly indicates a burnt out bulb, or a bad bulb. Also, sounds like the turn signal flasher under the dash needs to be replaced.
