1996 Lincoln mark viii air suspension problems

I have a 1996 Lincoln mark viii with air ride the tire
went flat and the driver side rear started to drop its
self with the flat tire on the passenger side with the
front suspension on the ground already and now it
won’t air back up any advice to fix?

That happened to mine after it's been sitting for a few months. I just ran it a while and it automatically went back up.
