2000 jeep grand cherokee

I turn the key over and nothing at all no lights no
click nothing at all but yesterday it was working
after i changed the starter what can be the
problem.

Sounds like absolutely no electricity. I would test for voltage then put the battery on a charger for a while and see if it starts. If not, jump start and drive over to get battery load tested/replaced. Any battery more than four years old can die without warning.That would be a good starting point.
