Runs rough when it warms up and has no power

Truck starts up and run good but
when it warms up it run s bad
.loss if power and drinks lot of gas

It just started the problem yesterday .I cleaned the plugs ( less than a year old) they were dirty .sprayed carb cleaner in tbi and also sea foam ,and it idled good but as soon as it warmed up ,it started to big down and loose power

I'm looking for an answer.i have no positive idea what the problem could be only a few guess .who can help

Check vacuum leaks. Are u getting a check engine light? If u are, check the codes with scanner or have it done at ur local auto parts store, most of them will do it free of charge

Check intake air temp If the throttle body engines have one and o2s A lot of ecu ignore the o2 until the engine is warm I can’t remember if the tbi does or not but it’s a starting point
